  • If your family already applied and was approved this past spring while the TEFA application window was open for the upcoming 2026-27 school year but could not choose our school from the list yet, it’s not too late to choose or switch to our school now!   • We are happy to field questions regarding the potential for obtaining TEFA funds (especially for the next eligible school year 2027-28, but most of the answers to your questions can probably be found in the FAQ sections on the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) website.

    What is TEFA?

  • If you did not apply for the 2026-27 School Year, since Chesterton Academy of Wichita Falls is now listed as a school choice, make sure and go to the TEFA website and complete the Interest List for 2027-28 school year! When you complete the Interest List, you will receive the next application date, once it has opened publicly this upcoming spring semester.

Chesterton Academy of Wichita Falls has been approved for the 2026-2027 Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) Program!

This means that classical high school education in the Catholic tradition is now even more accessible for families, and students at CAWF are now eligible to apply for funds toward tuition and instructional materials through the TEFA program!
